Letters easier to find: completed workload letters now appear directly in faculty case and dashboard views with clearer download actions.
Letter file names: letter PDFs include the candidate name by default and support custom filenames.
Calculated values in letters: letter templates can use calculated values derived from candidate information or workflow inputs (for example, total assigned workload hours across categories).
Vote results in documents: calculated properties can now pull Vote question results, so vote names and tallies can populate promotion and tenure documents.
Custom reminder sender: workflow email reminders can use a custom From name and address for each workflow.
Send Back on completed cases: institution admins and read/write workflow managers can send back completed cases.
Early reviewer access: assigned reviewers can be given access to step actions before their step becomes current (for example, access to committee materials).
Reviewer email logging: faculty evaluation activity logs now record external reviewer nominations, survey-ready emails, and completed-survey notifications.
Workflow grid sharing: share workflow grids with individual viewers or managers, or with all of them at once.

Unsaved answer notice: surveys now say clearly when an answer was not saved because of validation errors.
Reporting & Grids
Multi-activity grids: build one grid across activity kinds such as publications, presentations, and grants, with shared profile columns and optional kind-specific fields; views can be saved, shared, exported, and scheduled.
Contact information grids: report on all labeled emails, phone numbers, and addresses, with individually exportable address fields.
Admin notes in Faculty Roster: admin profile notes can now be configured to appear in the Faculty Roster grid.
Faculty Profiles & Activities

Email delivery tracking: department admins can review delivered emails in Settings, including external review emails with their full content and envelope details.
Changelog in the app: a sidebar link now opens the Changelog directly.
Scholarly Assistant
Edit with AI in grids: an Edit with AI button lets you refine custom reports with the Assistant.
Navigate from the Assistant: move around the app from the Assistant pane without closing it.
Accessibility
Accessible form validation: invalid fields are marked and linked to their messages across all input types, and the error summary takes focus and is announced after a failed submit.
Linked error summary: each message in the error summary links to its field and moves focus there.
Survey submission feedback: screen readers announce failed survey submissions and name any unanswered required questions.
Status announcements: flash messages, page titles after navigation, and filtered or sorted result counts are announced to screen readers.
Autosave announcements: "Saved." is announced once typing settles, and newer edits cancel outdated announcements.
Loading and progress: loading indicators and progress bars expose labels, current progress, and completion or error states.
Keyboard reordering: sortable lists, such as eligibility rules, groups, permission roles, and export sections, can be reordered by keyboard and screen reader.
Tabs and disclosures: segment switchers use tab semantics with arrow-key navigation, and expandable sections report whether they are open or closed.
