Rusty Cowher
CEO
Rusty is passionate about helping organizations to use their data more effectively and has years of experience leading digital transformations at large organizations. Most recently he was Vice President of Analytics and Insights at Vail Resorts. Rusty has a J.D. from Stanford Law and a BA in History and Leadership Studies from Williams College.
Kelly Sutton
CTO
Kelly is a software engineer with a background in building complex, mission-critical systems for organizations. Most recently, he was a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Gusto, a payroll and people platform for small businesses in the United States. Kelly holds a BSE in computer science and a BA in film production from Loyola Marymount University.
Kristina Brown
Founding Engineer
Kristina is a user-centric software engineer with experience building data-intensive software for a wide range of companies. Most recently she was a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Modern Health, a global mental healthcare solution for employers.
Nicholas Lopez
Founding Engineer
Nicholas is a software engineer based in Seattle, WA. Most recently he was a Software Engineer at Cocon and Gusto, a payroll, benefits, and HR platform for small businesses in the US.
