Workflow email addresses: step action emails can use a workflow-specific sender and reply-to address.
External review letters in Documents: submitted letters now appear on the workflow Documents page.

Timeline event controls: institutions can show or hide auto-generated timeline event types while keeping custom field events.
Leave timeline fields: leave records support configurable timeline display fields, including multi-select terms such as "Fall + Spring."
Multiple activity attachments: faculty activities support several files per activity, with existing files preserved and shown in the activity view.
Unit-specific activity configurations: institutions can tailor activity categories and their properties by school or department.
Multiple email addresses: User pages have editable email lists with labels such as Work or Personal.
Email delivery controls: outbound email can go to all associated addresses, with per-address controls for non-primary addresses.

Appointment view page: appointment records can be opened to show all fields without clicking Edit.
Document Export
Activity table display in PDFs: activity tables in downloaded PDFs are reformatted to better display all information on the page.
Imports & Integrations

Admin & Configuration
Paste emails to select users: pasting email addresses into a user-selection field selects the matching users.
Appointment ending soon notification: the warning window can be set per institution, e.g. 3 months or 6 months prior to the appointment end date
Accessibility
Focus retention: focus returns to the previously active element after page updates and asynchronous actions.
Grid keyboard navigation: Tab exits a grid instead of stepping through every cell, and each grid has an accessible name.
Grid sort announcements: screen readers announce sorting accurately even when it finishes mid-update.
Rich-text editor: toolbar controls are named for screen readers and the editor border has higher contrast.
Code editors: keyboard users can leave code editors with Esc and Tab, and editors have clearer names.

Focus rings and contrast: checkboxes and radio buttons have more visible focus rings, and "Saved." indicators have higher contrast.
